Hotel and rooms were not at all maintained. Bed and rooms were dirty and unclean with floor being sticky.

Good location and parking place Not enough space to eat breakfast our room was very loud due to the air conditioner or some other devices on the roof of the building or outside of the room.

We were excited for our stay as we traveled from Miami to the falls for the first time. The room was not as aesthetically appealing as we hoped. The tables were scratched, chairs were peeling, t.v’s were small, bathroom sink was backed up, pool was cloudy and mysterious. Other than that, it was ok, but could’ve been better, just not maintained properly.

The room was clean. Bedding was good and the bed was very nice. The room was quiet. Breakfast was good with several things to choose from. Lamp on the desk did not work. Air conditioner did not cool the room. Water pressure was exceptionally low and the shower head was not adjustable so you had to stand in the corner of the shower.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was not cleaned very well at all. Floor was dirty, thick dust covering almost everything.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good. Our bathroom had black mold along the entire tub trim, it was disgusting. When mentioned to the front desk, they said they would send someone to clean it in the morning as there were no available rooms to switch to.....my husband went out and had to buy cleaner and a scrub brush to scrub it himself before any of us would use the tub/shower. The next day, front desk told us someone would come to clean it, which they did, however, it did not remove all of it. We were given the option to stay in the room or switch, or get a discount on the room. We chose to get a discount as the rest of the room was not an issue. We were then told that a manager would have to do the discount and one was not available, we would have to contact them after. We checked out, and my husband called several times, to get the response from the manager that there would be no discount........truly disappointed as they did not follow through with what was said- will not stay here again.

Great place to stay the night and a really close walk to Niagara Falls.

The question is how many days has been passed without cleaning the shower? Must be days even weeks! Where is the cleaning supervisor? Anybody checks housekeeping job? After complain in the front desk three hotel employees went with us to see what are we are talking about. They were on shock, one of them says to us:" You can't stay in this room, if you stay here, you will be go directly from the hotel to the hospital" she call to the front desk to report the situation and the answer was: "Well,is nothing we can do because we are fully booked. We can't give them a different room, they have to wait until we clean the shower"!!! We decided to go to the Niagara State Park and enjoy the nice weather hoping that when we came back the problem had been solved. When we returned to the hotel almost at nine p.m. a nice lady in the front desk(sorry we don't remember her name) apologies for the situation and give us a different room. The shower, first thing we checked, was better than the first one but also have fungus and was no shampoo or liquid soap as in the other room. The hallway and rooms floors also weren't cleaned. They need to take care of the cleaning situation!!! And be more nice with the costumers.

I wouldn’t recommend this place; the staff are rude. Just wasn’t what I was expecting.

La habitación estaba sucia, las sábanas estaban manchadas aparente de sangre, pedí una habitación con sofá cama y este fue terrible, el sofá muy sucio bastante incomodo, literalmente era mas comodo dormir en el suelo. el personal de la recepción muy desagradable, solicité algo tan simple como la contraseña de WiFi y parece que tu presencia les molesta, te hacen sentir incomodo, no limpian las habitación a diario pero yo solicité que por favor limpiaran mi habitación que desde un inicio no esta limpia, y me dijeron que no era posible ya que las limpian hasta el tercer día, los camareros son muy amables realmente me ayudaron con sábanas y toallas limpias fue algo de tranquilidad en mi estancia que logre tener, el desayuno por las mañanas es lo básico pero bastante aceptable para iniciar el día.
