Walking distance to the Fall, was easy during day time and night time both. They have lockers for $20 per day

The complimentary breakfast options were limited, and the overall appearence was off-putting. Additionally, the number of serving stations and layout led to extremely large lines/ Decided in the interest of time to go outside the hotel for breakfast. When I check in, the toilet appeared unclean, with leftover toilet paper still in the bowl. Hinges in bathroom were rusted out, and baseboard trims were off the walls.

It was close enough to walk to the falls Barely any parking. The shower was always cold. It needed a little more cleaning.

Nice staff, beds were nice, staff opened the gift shop for us so we could head home. Mold around bathtub, brown stuff on the wall by the chair, curtain hanging off, mold around the window.

The location to the falls was amazing, we could walk only a few blocks to see them. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was not very good and the property is in need of maintenance.

Cons: Major cleanliness issues. The amenities were too dirty to use and the room had a noticeable unpleasant odor. If you only need a place to stay at night and plan to spend the rest of your day roaming outside, it serves its purpose.

Further more when I come to the counter-girl for some information like how and where to take local transportation she doesn’t know nothing except saying call a taxi. And when I asked a piece of soap from the room cleaning staff, but I didn’t get anything and there is no room cleaning during my stay.

There were stains every where, including one that looked like blood on the floor and what can only be described as ‘bodily fluids’ on the couch. We didn’t see these upon arrival and we didn’t find the food left in the microwave until we went to use it the night before we left. Upon bringing these issues up when checking out, the woman working the desk got irate with me for bringing it up and stormed off to get the mgr. The mgr was at least helpful and seemed upset about the issues we brought up. There is ZERO chance we would ever go back here and I would warn anyone else about staying here, especially considering it wasn’t a cheap stay

Great location only a few minutes walk to the falls loved the hot tub and pool but the noise of the dehumidifying system was very loud also did not like that the hot tub/pool room was right next to the bar it's a little uncomfortable with men drinking and young teenage daughter in a bathing suit or any person even my self felt uncomfortable with drunk men looking at us would be better if windows were tinted or something the breakfast was okay parking lot small but was lucky enough to get a space overall hotel had everything I was looking for for me and my family's trip to Niagara falls was over all happy with the price and everything that was included

The room was mid, staff were excellent, the pool is way too cold and at night it’s super dark. It was ok for just 1 night but I won’t be back

The only good thing about it is the location ! It was dirty , stains on the bedsheets and curtains , a whole on the bedsheets, crumbs and snack packaging on the ground , a bug on the wall … nasty !!!!

Place is a dump honestly. I expected much more for the cost, especially during off season. Nothing was filled back up mid breakfast rush and cafe was an absolute mess, so forced to go elsewhere. Rarely water available in the lobby.

Hi, we stayed there in August 2026. We couldn't check in until 7:00 PM; the interaction was extremely unpleasant, and no one tried to help us with anything. Everything was dirty and off-putting—I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone!
