Very odd you can only reach the lobby and dining room by going outside and around the building

This was a very cute hotel, and the location was wonderful, the falls were right across the street! The hotel was clean. We stayed in the Oxford room which was really cute very spacious, but on the 3rd floor and no elevator. We had complimentary breakfast, which we were excited about. However, the food in the restaurant was horrible. The first night we ate in the restaurant, quite pricey, and was awful. Next morning we go down for our breakfast, We ask for over easy eggs, Our eggs were so over cooked they were like rubber. The sausage was very over done as well. The staff was very informative!! A wealth of knowledge about the falls and the Canada side and getting through customs. All and all a cute, clean, nice hotel, great location, very walkable to everything, just not good food!

Staying here was a treat! Room has separate entrance and a whirlpool tub. Made to order breakfast was delicious. It was a perfect location for exploring Niagara Falls, all within walking distance of the Falls

The room was clean aside from one tissue that was underneath the sink. I was bothered that the photos online were not actually of the room itself. Seemed kind of like false advertising.

Breakfast and parking were included. Did I mention the staff were amazing; we felt at home. The one done side was the huge spa tub with shower. It needs grab (safety) bars installed. The sides are very high and it is not easy to get in and out.

This place is great! Historic and old timey but amazingly maintained. The restaurant was great and breakfast is included! You can't beat the location to see the falls as well.

Walking distance to Niagra Falls State Park, not the usual standard hotel feel more old world class.

Absolutely would return!! The staff was amazing.. the options for the free breakfast included with our stay was fantastic!!! The food delicious!! The room was adorable... accessibility to the falls.. right across the street. All walking distance.. walk to the casino at night...or the many shops around the area.. have been to Niagara Canada... which, by the way, is only maybe a ten minute drive to the rainbow bridge.. We loved the laid back feeling of the new york side... And about thirty minutes up, the road is a town called lewiston.... Adorable town with rows and rows of fabulous restaurants!!!

Loved it overall and perfect location and view!

Our room was delightful. Walking in felt like a treat: music was playing, the room was spotless, and there was complimentary champagne and snacks waiting for us. It look like a room out of Downton Abbey. The building itself is full of charm, and it even has a restaurant attached. We had dinner there, and the pasta was some of the best we've ever tasted. There are plenty of great drinks and menu options too. I loved the Purple Monkey! Breakfast the next morning is served in the same restaurant and is complimentary with your stay: you pick anything off the menu, and it was just as delicious as dinner. We had an omelette and a breakfast sandwich. You can even choose espresso as your drink! 11 out of 10. If we're ever back in the area, we'd absolutely stay here again.

Great location next to state park and restraunts. The Red Coach Inn restraunts food is very good and convenient. Breakfast with room is excellent and made-to-order. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for the Niagara Falls

Great service and food

Great location. Nice restaurant on premises, good food. Directly across from the park. Parked our car in their lot and didn't have to get back in it until it was time to leave for home. Everything was within walking distance.
