Pool was closed, there was no Italian restaurant available that was listed, the tv was only analog not digital so very few stations with antenna. Breakfast was not stocked very well and lots of items not available. Would not stay here again

Location is good, complementary breakfast was adequate, rooms were clean and the staff pleasant. They can provide a kettle in room.

Really happy with the family room that had three beds. Allowed everyone to sleep comfortably! Room was clean but the shower floor could have been more clean…

The rooms are okay. Bathrooms are updated but our bathroom sink facet was loose from the cabinet. The continental breakfast is very, very small with limited seating--best to skip entirely and grab somewhere else. The surrounding area is close enough to walk to the Falls which is a bonus, but we opted to drive because of the surrounding area. Felt overpriced for what was offered.

Room clean. Hotel dated. Breakfast selection poor; mostly just carbs.

First, I went to desk and was informed there was no one in the room above us. So, I took a walk to the 3rd floor myself. The room adjacent to the room above was ajar and could hear the banging. I knocked on the door and got no answer. Notified desk of my discovery with little acknowledgement. By chance, the occupant of the room was heading out for a smoke and heard my complaint. He explained he has a tick that causes him to fidget and stomp his feet. He apologized and said he would be more conscious of it. And he did, thank you. Manager could have had that conversation two and a half hours prior! Needless to say, we left next day with no refund for second night. Tough experience for a happy family trip, sad.
