Nothing They cancelled my reservation and neither Sonestra or Booking.com contacted me! I didn’t find out until check in. I booked it months ago. It was a college Parent weekend and there were very few options in the area. Nightmare!
-
It was quiet
-
Our suite was almost like having our own apartment with living room area and large kitchen. We were only there for a brief overnight but this would be a great place for a longer stay.
-
Good, plenty of room.
-
Very clean and quiet

Negatives:The rooms are very dated, disrepair and dirty. Found a diaper behind the night stand. No remote for the TV. Had plastic pillows. Carpet was stained.
-
Clean room maybe the only hotel ive been to with a full kitchen

My family and I were expecting a hotel. What we arrived to find - complexes. This "hotel" is made up of complexes/compounds with 4 "suites" to each compound. I would think it's important to put that disclaimer somewhere. It was very noisy with lots of traffic sounds coming in through the door.

I meet up with my friend here regularly. It’s all you need for a weekend get a way. Bedroom living room and kitchen. My own little paradise for the weekend..

What was most concerning was that the smell wasn't limited to the carpet or furniture. Even the towels and shower curtain smelled terrible, making it difficult to feel comfortable using them. Instead of feeling clean and welcoming, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. A hotel room should feel fresh, sanitary, and inviting. Unfortunately, this room failed to meet those basic expectations. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Had a problem with the cleanliness of my unit entrance and the picture quality of several TV channels. The entrance looked like trash bags and or diapers had exploded. I requested they fix the problems, but during the stay there was no resolution. Overall the facility presented well. I told them about the TV problems and there didn't appear to be any attempt to fix it.

I would say that the hotel was not what we thought it was. It was more like an extended apartment complex. It was not a hotel tower that you take the elevator to the lobby and so for. The room was more like an apartment which was great but it was on a second floor with steps. Our main issue was the Internet connection which was not great. We has to call twice their help desk and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Had to call twice reception to let them know about the issue. No resolution until the next day.
