I took pictures of everything to show / we had the first room that was disgusting and asked for another room which was given but was not any better. The room had cracked ceiling and bathroom tile. Around the bathroom especially The room smelled horrible!! The remotes for the tv felt gross and not cleaned Will never stay there again

Location and front desk guy was very helpful. Quiet Tub shower and view from room TV wasn't hooked up to channels but front guy very helpful. Pillows were hard

While the bathroom had an in bath tub shower, anyone who wanted to take a bath could not since the drain stopper had been broken off and missing. The safety lock on my door needed attention, since you needed mighty muscle to lock and unlock it. The hotel is older and tired looking. Breakfast was so so. I could only eat the yogurt. No eggs. Served creamed chipped beef, and Belgian waffles and cereal, if that Is your dietary choice. Apples for fruit. Wish they had bananas for those who m ay have difficulty chewing.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Where do I start? Do I start with the mold in the shower or the tv remote that doesn’t work or the lobby smelling like weed at night or truly the worst of all… the box spring (or something I have no clue) that literally squeaks SO LOUD when you move even a little bit on the bed. I literally woke up every time I rolled over and I’m a pretty heavy sleeper. Also their quiet hours must not exist because Sunday morning the door across the hall from us opened and closed repeatedly and loudly about 37 times over the course of about 45 minutes (I have absolutely no clue why but why on earth would someone think this is ok or at least why would some one at the lobby desk not come check out this noise to stop it since it was definitely audible to the front desk?). Also they offer breakfast in the morning but have the bare minimum - I was expecting a typical hotel breakfast but was definitely disappointed with such limited choice of breakfast foods.

That I was on first floor and had easy access to walk my pets.The staff overall was very nice. It was ok but I don't think it reaches Ramada standards that I am use to.It had bug on the floor, lampshade filthy, toilet seat broken,the mattress was comfortable but the base was not stable.I feel this hotel needs a good upgrade.

Beds were ok Slow drain in bathroom sink. Toilet needed 2 flushes to flush. Did not feel clean.

Staff was pleasant Towels thrown outside the door is not picked up The breakfast was sparse and ridiculously lame The room needs to be updated and cleaned up. The floor was so slippery and slick. They must’ve washed it with something with oil. No outlets near the nightstand. I don’t know what that was about.

Every thing was good except for cleanliness .my sheet had a brown stain

Nothing Everything

The staff was wonderful! The room was adequate but definitely doesn't get maintained enough. The hotel itself didn't appear super clean and could definitely stand some updating. The little hotel restaurant was great and the bartender/server was awesome. All in all, I would definitely stay there again!
