Comfort Inn & Suites Newark - Wilmington

i did not like the constant smell of marijuana throughout the building.. even going outside, staff could be seen on breaks smoking marijuanap

Exceptional

It was clean, plenty of parking, and breakfast was good. We were in room 128, and the bed closest to the bedroom was very uncomfortable.

Great stay! Great location! The staff was amazing! Rooms were clean. My only complaint was, The elevator was a little scary. We enjoyed our stay 🙂

The room and rest of the hotel was extremely clean. The people at the front desk were professional and very courteous all the employees are very nice. Everybody said Hello.

Ihad to get relocated to another hotel because the other one had cancelled on me for an "unforseen crisis". this Comfort Inn was outstanding and had everything Ineeded. Walking distance to a 7-11 was big plus . the room (single king) was spacious -microwave+fridge ,nice gym & 24hr coffee/tea & breakfast made my 3 day stay perfect. will come back again for sure,

Staff and rooms were great. All was well until I walked out the room and saw a roach on the door. I immediately notified the front desk and they came up to check. They found that the room next to ours had roaches so they moved us to another room. Other than that the stay was great and the staff was awesome except for the one guy that gave us an attitude. I like that the staff acted quick on the roach problem.

Rooms were clean and property was very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful

This was a really easy to access off the interstate and it was clean !

Exceptional

Staff was friendly The air conditioner was very loud and kept me from sleeping. The light from under the door that had a gap in the hallway was seen from inside our room.

Everything Toilet clogged

Very good

It was clean and quiet. Housekeeping kept checking to see if I needed anything.

Very good

Very good

The toilet had a leak. As a result, there was water on the floor behind the toilet and mold growing behind the toilet. There was also hair on the floor in the bathroom.

Toilets way to low felt like you were on the floor

Good clean room for an overnight stay. Gym was in poor condition and musty. Gentleman checking me in seemed annoyed which always makes you worry about the rest of say.
