This was my first stay at an Embassy Suites. So nice have 2 rooms for the weekend. And the breakfast was top notch, made to order omelets!! Hot tub and pool were clean and well-maintained. Open 24 hours. Definitely my new go to

Really nice hotel, large breakfast buffet with lots of options, quiet rooms, no annoying loud hallways etc, pet friendly and convenient location.

Checking in was interesting couldn’t hear the front desk person and wasn’t told of any of the hotel amenities and just not welcoming. The overall feeling is VERY outdated fora Embassy suites!

TGIF was connected to the hotel watch the football game was great. We were staying at hotel to drop off camper to get work done they had plenty of parking and very accommodating. Great stay

The room I was placed in needs a little update. I usually state at embassy suite across the state, I wasn’t to impress with my room as you can see the wear and tear. The body wash container wasn’t on the wall

Staff were very friendly

They could use more luggage carts. I had to make 5 trips up and down to my room to load my luggage with no cart. All were taken

The property looked beautiful but it was only a look. Check in time was at 3 pm but my room wasn’t available until 5 pm! The staff at first was very arrogant about the situation and very unhelpful. It wasn’t until I called customer service at Hilton rewards and in turned they called the hotel did they start cleaning my room! They did offer me a lesser room for the same price as my suite!!! No discount at all. Afterwards e we check in and go straight to my appointment, which I was an hour late for because of the late check in and return to the hotel. When we were in the room we realized that the air conditioner didn’t work and the room was extremely hot. The hotel staff sent up a single fan for a2 room suite. To say the least my stay was extremely inconveniencing and uncomfortable. I will never stay at that hotel again!!! They made me late to my appointment, they were very rude and myself and my family members were extremely uncomfortable to the point that none of us got any sleep. Very poor establishment indeed

everything was good the room number 350 the rug was wet i think the refrigerator is broken you may want to check that out

Centrally located with many convenient places to enjoy our weekend getaway. Our room was clean and spacious but the overall hotel needs some TLC. Many things needed to be updated in our room from the toilet to the shower and the carpet was worn out with various stains. Besides that the staff was friendly and attentive, parking was easy. We woulddtay again.

I liked everything especially the location. The only thing I didn't care for was the extremely loud music inside the TGIFridays restaurant attached to the hotel. But I'm 68 years old so I just walked in and out. But other younger people seemed fine with it.
