Clean and organized front desk staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, however, it had a roach on the wall near the ceiling when we came back from dinner. We went downstairs and notified the desk clerk and he sent housekeeping up and she took care of the problem. When we checked out, I let the daytime clerk know about the situation and he was very apologetic and he let us know that it was an extended stay as well, which was something that we weren't aware of when we booked our stay.

There was no information on how to use the TV, and there was no channel guide. I had to ask for a hair dryer. However, the bed was clean and very comfy, and the bathroom appeared to be clean.

Excellent hotel, clean and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious. The facilities were great in the form of a kitchenette, laundry service. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay again

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The previous guest left after housekeeping so it was never cleaned

The women at check-in were nice but that's the only positive. I didn't feel that my car was safe overnight in the lot. There were cockroaches all over the bathroom. The bathroom door didn't close because it was torn from the hinges. The carpet had dirt trails in high use areas. There wasn't a single piece of furniture that wasn't scraped up, chipped or dented. I would suggest sleeping on a park bench before using this hotel. I have a few pictures but my phone battery died and they didn't have any USB charging ports in the rooms.

The property and my room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was so professional and very polite. My stay was so pleasant and peaceful. I’ll definitely be staying there again I will say the only thing that I didn’t like was it wasn’t a lot of parking available
