The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The door frame entering the room needs to be changed, the bathroom door needs to be leveled. The light fixture needs to be replaced. The hot tub was not operating and was dirty.

I didn't like Nothing!! The elevator wasn't working, smoke alarms were broken, in the drawers, the carpet was wet and the room had a musty smell, our bed had wet damp covers,lights over the bed didn't work. I reported it to the manager and all she could say is that they were under new management and sorry for the inconvenience I booked 2 rooms at this hotel and the other one was no better I will never stay there again!!

Staff was very kind however my room had an AC leak and the carpet was wet so there was sort of an odor. The elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs. The pool was in use and didn’t appear to have any chlorine in it or definitely not enough because the water was cloudy and had a very greasy film on top. Breakfast wasn’t bad but there was no syrup for the waffles and no juice. The front could have been maintained better as well there were cigarette bits and a dead bird at the front door entrance. So ot could have been better but for the price I guess I could not have expected much more.

The room’s smelled terrible like mildew carpet filthy staff not helpful elevator wasn’t working had to work had to work for three flights to stay in a dirty staircase the whole day was terrible. I would never go back to this place again.
