If you like the smell of mold, and black stains on the toilet this is the place for you. I’m really amazed that this place is still open.

The coffee pot was never cleaned...it still had old coffee in the pot, there were 3 separate coffee filters stacked on top of each other...used, never removed from the pot. Im not sure if the last person used it 3 times, or if it was never cleaned from 3 previous customers. The carpet was filthy. My granddaughters feet were disgustingly black from the nastiness as well as my own...just from walking in the room. The A/C filter was filthy as well, and my 5 year old granddaughter pointed it out to me. It is pretty sad when a child points out the disgust. The bathroom has mold/mildew. The water pressure was very low. The sheets/comforter felt damp, I believe it is from the moisture in the room. The room has a very musty smell as you enter it. I did alert management at checkout, and she said she would be blocking off that particular room. Read the first question.

There was a clean smell and the room was neat,But I also smelled roach spray and saw some small dead roaches. Hot water was not working too good.

It was well put together towels n bedding was nice The strong mildew smell. Later the c room flooded. Storm on first night. No backup generator no air it was hard to breathe had hard time sleeping

Absolutely disgusting room and the elevator was broken and we were on the third floors so we lugged our stuff all the way up just to go back down and cancel our stay! After a long day and wanting to go to bed at 10:30 pm we just ended up driving 4 hours home!

Outside of learning upon arrival that the elevators were not working, the room had a funky smell. The bed pillows had some type of black residue and the tub wasn't clean. We had to purchase Lysol to disinfect and freshen the room. We were only there for one night to take care of a medical emergency with my mother-in-law and we really didn't have time to deal with this. Not to mention that my husband is a disabled VET and our room was on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. We also were awakened on Saturday morning by the morning desk person because he said that the system didn't show that anyone had checked into room 369. A quick trip with a not pleasant experience. We just needed a place to lay our heads, did anticipate any of this.
