The fire alarm went off at 5AM and could not be turned off. We spend almost an hour waiting for it to be turned off. We tried to go back to sleep. The hotel acted if nothing happened. They didn't extend the breakfast or provide any message of apology or proactively provide a discount on the next night. In fact there was no one present at the desk when we left, so we couldn't even ask for one. How in the world don't you acknowledge when something like that happens. We totally understood, those things happen, but to ignore and have no positive response is inexcusable.

They let me check in a little early with little waiting time. Old and rundown. Breakfast was subpar. Fire alarm went off at 5:30am and we had to wait in our cars (it was cold) for about an hour before we could go back in. It changed the schedule for the whole day.

We had an awful stay at this hotel. First of all the pillow cases were shredded. I dont how someone who works thought is was OK to use this pillow cases. Second one of the pillows had no case and was coved is spots and it was super dirty. The bath tube had mild dew around the drain area. The kicker was when the fire alarm went off at 530 in the morning. The staff remained calm and answer everyone's questions. That was good. I didn't it the breakfast but as we were leaving we heard a few other guest say it was disgusting.

Friendly front desk staff - room was dirty/unclean - no housekeeping in day 2 but they unlocked our room and it was left open - no hot water for showers - breakfast cold - 5am fire alarm for water pressure issue due to lack of maintenance

Curtains can’t close letting in all the light from outside. Shower head was terrible for flow. Fire alarm falsely activated at 5am. Took over an hour to turn off and allow us back in.

There was no place to hang towels or washcloths in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was good also.

Rooms especially the bathroom was in need of upgrading-bathtub stained, caulking degrading, sink faucet had white residue on it, drain had yellow ring around it. Headboards needed cleaning. Carpeting had numerous stains.

We were given an upgrade at check-in. Nice room but a little dated. There was things on the floor near the elevator when we arrived on Wednesday that were still there when we left Sunday, so no vacuuming of the hallway had been done.

The location was perfect. It's not i don't like,but the young lady at the front desk was angry with a coworker and decided to bad talk him in front of customers. Thats all..

Have stayed here multiple times and always felt safe & clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Looking forward to staying again in the future!!
