Very good

Stayers beware! There is no air conditioning at this property. Don't bother booking it as they cannot and will not provide a refund.

The floor of our room did not appear to have been recently vacuumed. The rest of the room appeared to be clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Nice place. Close to places to eat.

It's was too noisy and they raise the rate from $118 a night to $308 for an event day. Definitely not worth it.

Property is located in central Moscow. Entry and exit to parking lot is a bit of a challenge. The breakfast bar has eggs (boiled some days, scrambled others), waffles, oatmeal and juices. Somewhere between Continental and a full breakfast.

Rooms definitely could use an upgrade and deep cleaning

I didn’t have any If they would remodel. It’s pretty disgusting for the amount of money that you pay. I wish I could get my money back.

I canceled my room! Could not even stay there! Two prosthetic knees, no elevator, several flights of stairs, and I couldn't even make it to my room to see it. Let alone stay there. The desk "help" did not come to the desk for about 20 min. after I arrived. Then he made snarky comments when I told him I had to cancel. I have talked with my Credit card company and they are helping me dispute the payment. Nothing good to say about this place. Tried to get Booking.com to trade to another place. Found another place to stay thru Booking.com- much better! (FAIRFIELD) I will not pay for this non-ADA compatible, rude service, and a room I couldn't even access! Very, very disappointed! I didn't like anything about it! I told the clerk I was canceling on the spot. There was nothing to like about this business, at all! Could not even access the room! Let alone stay there. He told me, "Good luck finding a place with an elevator" and said he couldn't cancel, Booking.com would have to. We communicated this with Booking.com before we even left this place. DID NOT, COULD NOT STAY HERE! ZERO RECOMMENDATIONS!

Great location to visit the university. Staff was super friendly and kind to our son. Would stay again. Keeley was great.

Room small but clean & newly refurbished. Great value for price. Breakfast was ok , believe they were understaffed to keep food fresh & area picked up, & wasn’t a deal breaker.

I loved that I was close to everything but still not in a busy area. I was worried about staying here because it was on the cheaper side but I had a great experience. When I booked the hotel there is a option for what time youre coming but when I got there I wasn't allowed to check in till 3 which was okay but I wish I knew before.

I had trouble with the tv. I had a dog and the staff was very friendly. I would stay again

The greeting the front desk gave me 5 stars.I had problems with my door unlocking card and was quickly replaced. The

lots of broken stuff. Chair, lamp, mirror frame, shower valve wildly loose, sharp edges on desk where the trim piece is gone, dirty, yellow stain on sheet...

Excellent value.

It was 98 degrees outside and the a/c in our room was basically non-existent. It had to have been at least 85 inside even after we turned on the in-room unit. The hotel hallway was cooler than our room so we left our door open for an hour in the evening while we tried to get it to cool off. Their breakfast also wasn't great with only a few offerings.

The hotel smells funny and the rooms smell musty. The bathrooms were not bad but there wasn’t any bathroom fans that worked. The free breakfast was the same every morning. It looked like the gravy had been reheated in the same crockpot every day. To pay over $1000 for 4 nights in a $70 a night hotel don’t sit well with me. I guess that’s how the hotel business is but, REALLY? Would I stay there again? NO.
