Breakfast was fantastic and my family loved the pool. We did have a fire alarm go off at 5 am and there was little communication/ acknowledgement from staff about it. Put a damper on our morning
-
Someone apparently another guest pulled a fire alarm as a prank at 0500 Saturday am. I hope this person was prosecuted for the crime that is. No info was provided by staff either at the time or following. No one reached out to explain anything. Very disappointing

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Offered advice and tips around Moscow.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The person at the front desk helped accommodate my elderly father to stay on the same floor in the room right next to us. He also arranged to have the rooms ready early so we could check I early to get ready for a wedding near by. I appreciated the extra effort.

Great breakfast. Clean dining area. Rooms a bit dated, but clean. Check in staff was very friendly and efficient.

We absolutely loved our stay there. Sean at the front counter was so nice and helpful. I really appreciated him!!

Room is very dirty and I could not sleep. I need a refund.

This hotel is right across from U of I. That’s one reason why we love it. The breakfast is great and consistent. The rooms are fine and clean. The hotel in general is a little out dated. They should have decent shampoo and soaps for guest in all rooms. Parking is great and close to all doors. Great value for the most part. All staff is friendly.

Our room was all that we expected it to be. Staff was great. Breakfast was fantastic! The entire facility was wonderful. Sadly the washer and dryer were down due to a breakdown. We got by, but it would have been nice to have it functioning.
