Parking was great, right outside our room. Also nice to have a mini fridge in our room and the ice machine was right near our room. The rooms have been updated which was nice.

The lady who helped us was really kind. The room was updated inside but the tv didn’t work and the best and pillows were hard.

Beds are too squeaky… anytime you move they make a loud noise that everyone can hear

Parking is included. Beds and pillows are a bit lumpy and hard; could use a refreshening. There is no safe either in rooms or at the office. The TV could be bigger and there is no wall decor. Spent 5 nights during the Jazz Fest and it was perfect; an 8 minute walk to main entrance so didn't even need a car to go back and forth during the day. Would stay again specifically for next visit to Jazz Fest.

Convenient. Room was surprisingly quiet.

Very sweet receptionist, easy parking, close to fairgrounds. Dirty ratty bath towels, no art on the walls, dismal room environment, no pet amenities despite steep pet fee, extremely loud AC unit.

Ground floor load in is easy. Clean grounds and room. Hot water in shower. Extremely loud ac unit next door vibrated the walls and kept me awake. The AC unit in the room was like a truck engine idling - unusable and made the experience miserable.

We were going to the Monterey Jazz festival and this was a perfect location. We did not hear noises between rooms but you are on a flight path for the Monterey Airport and a busy road so you do get that. But for what we were staying for it was super. The desk clerk was super helpful and was able to get us in early which gave us an opportunity to settle in and drive around. Being able to stay and walk to the festival grounds saved us on parking and the frustration.

The room was very clean and renovated. Lots of parking space available. Restaurants nearby were within walkable distance so it was pretty convenient

Staff with stuffy and unable to answer any questions they were not very pleasant We had a family dispute in the room next to us at 10 o’clock at night until midnight Huge large pick up truck parked next to you. There’s only one way in and one way out so you have to back out of your spot. The rooms are not what they are talked about on the Internet It’s overall poor time we had there

Excellent stay. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. One negative is the squeaky bed but it didn’t disrupt our sleep. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Our two bedroom three bed suite had parking conveniently in front of our unit.

My location was great and cleanliness was great and friendliness and helpfulness. Yeah, there was some people out really late at night making noise and yelling and revving a truck in the parking lot. That was kind of scary. And the bathroom is a little small. I don’t know how you could make it bigger though..
