Front desk gals gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, and were very friendly. Room was good, we slept really good!

The room was clean, staff was friendly, had a nice fire pit overlooking the river to sit at, easy access to restaurants, and the breakfast was terrific.

This place is straight forward and consistent every time we stay. We keep coming back because of the very affordable rates and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast doesn't hurt either! We will be back.

Hotel was great for a short stay including airport shuttle, reasonably priced!

Everything about our stay was great-reasonable rate, dog friendly, great staff, clean and new looking lobby and hallways, comfortable king bed, hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle makers and all the fixins. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here any time.

The walls are very thin. We could hear everything the people next door were saying, we even hear them snoring.

Friendly help immediately from the front desk. Breakfast was above average. Room was very nice. Overall is good stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to U of Montana and the downtown region. Room is well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast along with water bottle filling station.

Friendly staff and good value

We needed a truck repair and had to make last minute plans on our road trip. We stopped in Missoula for a night. I was super bummed and just wanted a place to sit by the river and have a drink. We drove by and were blown away by the nice patio next to the river. It was the perfect place to spend an evening! We were also traveling with 2 dogs. After 6 years of “dog vacations” this is the best dog friendly hotel we have been at. We always travel with blankets for the dogs to sleep on but eventually they get full of dog hair. Here they provide you with a nice blanket for your dog! Why isn’t this the standard???? Dogs were also given treats with lots of recommendations for where to go with your dog. There is also a “dog park island” across the river from the hotel. We didnt go over there but it looked like a very nice spot. You can tell someone at this hotel is thinking outside of the box and looking for little amenities to make their hotel standout. The breakfast was another example of this with really good real eggs and even grab and go yogurt with fruit and granola cups. This was the best breakfast on our 2 week trip.

It's about 100 ft from a main railroad for freight. There are long freight trains almost constantly running. You can imagine the constant noise. The 'views' from the rooms are misleading as well.

Clean hotel within five minute drive of Downtown.

The hotel room was clean; however, I did not sleep all night as the hotel is right near a train track, and the train was very loud and honking every 2 hours or so when it would go by. Had I known this, I would not have booked a room at this particular hotel.
