Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West ID

Will not be staying at any TRU properties again and reinforces my preference for Marriott properties

Great place to stay very clean convenient!

I like the colors of the property . Location was good The staff was great . What I didn’t like was our room it was not as clean as I would expect there were dust bunnies on the floor by the bed . The pillows were the worst . No support for your head or neck . The room was small .

We love the staff here. It’s a great place to stay.

Room was great but traffic noise is distracting.

Great hotel. My only complaint was the noise from the freeway. Aedan was professional and very helpful.

Slept very well

The room was really small. The dimensions are listed but when you actually see it in person it's tiny. I reserved a room with a bath tub. Didn't get one. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything the people are saying in the next room so be sure they can hear you. The pool closes at 10. Pretty early in my opinion. We're no towels at the pool either, so bring your own. The free breakfast is nothing to get excited about. A tiny pancake machine that takes forever and a day to make one pancake and a line a mile deep. They don't restock eggs or anything else, the fruit they put out look rotten. It's not the worst place I ever stayed at but would ever stay there again.

Very clean facility and helpful staff

Property was close to our event which was nice The facility amenities were extremely disappointing to say the least. We were so excited to utilize the swimming pool and hot tub after a long day of travel. We got to the pool area and jets in hot tub didn’t work, hot tub was FILTHY along with the pool, and there was no towel’s available to dry off with. The breakfast was disgusting. The bagels were hard, the options were so limited and the sausage was so soggy and salty. It was quite literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had as a Hilton honors member

Was very great but the children in the pool without adults was very upsetting and rude splashed me and my spouse and we was celebrating our anniversary of marriage but everything else was amazing and great

Nice staff, nice comfortable rooms. Good breakfast options

Best breakfast buffet we have experienced in a while. Spacious comfortable lobby with pool table and 24 hour snacks.

We were relaxed and laid back due to facility/

Easy to find! Not as fancy as I thought it would be.
