This is going to be one of my favorites in the Boise area now. Good location, nice and clean. Incredibly friendly staff

Great overnight stay!

Had one issue. Had to change rooms because bed reeked of something like vicks vapo rub. They first changed sheets but still smelled. I took off bedding and found badly stained mattress. They gladly changed our room. Very pleasant experience. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff was terrific.

Stayed here before and will come back again.

Everything was great. Staff at night, some dude, was kinda less than helpful but really it was a great place. Good breakfast options.

The staff went above & beyond when we were locked out of our room. Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again!

The front desk is kind of difficult to decipher because it’s in the same room as the bar and it’s pretty small! Other than that, the hotel is beautiful and I would definitely stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was great and the ladies in charge were very helpful and friendly. I would suggest providing a larger rubber mat for the bottom of the tub/shower. The one provided was pretty small and the tub surface was very slick. It would be very easy to slip and fall if you stepped off the mat.

The property was located close to restaurants and grocery stores, which were easy to access during my stay. I’m unsure if it was surrounded construction or just ambient noise from nearby industrial businesses but the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Including your noisy neighbor down the hall who continually hits the door against their wall and shakes your adjoining wall and wakes you from a dead sleep.

The quaint rooms. The functioning bathroom. The lobby bar. The complimentary breakfast that was delicious and had a variety of goodies. Getting more information from the front desk. The rep was busy scrolling her phone.

Te only reason i booked this hotel was for the restaurant. I didn't wanted to go outside at night to get food. But one of the night 09/05 to be specific at 9:40 I tried to order some wings, that bartender said it was close already, when there was a sign it said they close until midnight. The night before I didn't have any trouble they serve wings at 10:30. But this night it wasn't even 10pm she refused to serve the food. She said depend who works, and that night ahead decide to close early. I was so upset 😡 I would geta cheaper hotel with no restaurant. I had to go at that time out to look for diner!!! Is not fair. It looks like none of the 2 that shift want to work what ashamed 😠

I had to arrive early and they took amazing care of me! The staff is exceptional - thanks again for everything!

Every single staff member I encountered was amazing. Not the fake nice nonsense. People that genuinely enjoy their jobs. I will definitely be back, on my next trip to Boise.
