Holiday Inn Express and Suites Meridian-Boise west by IHG

I didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast due to early morning work meetings. Nothing, I wish there had been more tv channel variety when I was relaxing after my business meetings. There wasn't enough variety with the channels provided.

Stayed here with the family and our stay was great. Clean grounds, facilities and rooms. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our stay was unexpectedly extended so the laundry room came in very handy and I appreciated the very fair price for the machine use. Great breakfast choices. Coffee/tea available all day long. Highly recommend!

The breakfast is incredible. Again, fantastic staff is a gem!), and the food stands on its own. The in-room coffee machine was not well maintained or clean. We ended up not using it. The bath tub got very slippery during showers, and could use some grippy stickers or a mat or something.

Breakfast was phenomenal!! I love how the TV had your name on it when you entered your room, that was cool and unique! Everything was so clean, I appreciated the hand wash and not soap bars lol, kindest staff, amazing experience! Couch pullout bed wasn't very comfy, but it's a couch pullout bed so you can't expect too much haha. Not too bad, just a little too "springy" and not much "cushiony".

The breakfast (pancakes & turkey sausages) was truly wonderful, and the staff genuinely made us feel at home, She was so warm, welcoming, and gracefully attentive. I honestly felt like I was in a lovely restaurant.

Toliet handle was about to fall off. Batroom door hinges were cricky and squeeky. Everything looked clean on our arrival, but that changed. Check-in time was 3 pm. We arrived at 5 pm and our room was not ready. We will again stay nextdoor at the Hampton Inn and Suites. Changed because a friend wainted to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel- the staff were friendly at check in and during our entire visit! Our room was very nice- spacious, comfy bed and bathroom was laid out nicely! We loved the great location and the area is very quiet even though it’s near the freeway. The breakfast area offers lots of seating and the options were great for dining. The staff maintaining that area were great making sure everything stayed clean and well-stocked!

I didn't get the room I requested, neighbors were so loud its over midnight and they keep slamming doors since 9pm, water flow was not the best, we didn't get a coffee maker and for the price we payed I think is overpriced .
