I did not stay there, they canceled on us and we still have not received our money back yet. It was not clean or welcoming

Al llegar al motel no tenían habitación disponible,aunque yo reservé con antelación y me descontaron el dinero de mi tarjeta.Había mal ambiente en el lobby,olor a marihuana y se veía todo muy sucio .Tube que irme a buscar otro motel por mis propios medios .Venden las habitaciones a través de Expedia y cuando llegas allí no tienes la habitación 😩

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and mold damage all over the room. All of the walls were visibly dirty- from the living area to the kitchen area to include the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was damaged as well as the floor. There was a stain on the carpet by the bed (blood stain). My guest & myself decided to not stay there after witnesses a drug sale in the parking lot while unloading the car.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Not only was the floor and surfaces dirty but the furniture was old and pieces of the sofa were broken. There was a pungent cannabis, smell in the hallways and in the room. I had two towels and one of them was dirty. 1/4 of a toilet paper roll left. No glasses or cups nothing. There was even a bottle of Cleaning product left on the counter. Random things left in the room from the previous guest. The hallways and elevators were filthy. I contemplated sleeping in my car and ironically the fire alarm went off at 3 AM and stayed on for about an hour and a half while the fire department checked the premises. My dog and I slept in the car and only returned to pick up stuff we had left in the hotel room. I feel bad for the people that work there and are staying there. It’s pretty obvious that the properties understaffed. From the outside the property looks quite nice, but the inside definitely needs a complete due over. Whoever owns this property should seriously take a hard look at themselves.

Nothing The front desk girl was rude wouldn't give me her name or any information they didn't have any clean rooms gave me a key to a room someone was already in and didn't have any more clean rooms

Counter lady was very nice. And the maintenance man was very friendly. Outside was dirty and had trash everywhere, inside was very dirty and had trash in the hallways were full of trash and had very dirty carpets. The room carpets were torn and very dirty, the uncarpeted parts were very dirty. After taking a shower walking to the bed my feet were black on the bottom. My wife uses a walker and they put us on the 3rd floor, the elevator worked going up but would not work again until 9:00am the next dat to get her to the main floor so we could leave.

The receptionist was kind and sweet. September 19, 2026. I do not recommend this place; it is disgusting and everything is very dirty. They claim it is smoke-free, but that is a lie. The bathroom was full of hair, there was no shower curtain, the floor was dirty, and the lamps were stained. It looked like the hallways hadn't been vacuumed in months. The only good thing is the customer service—the lady at the reception was kind and sweet. The photos bear no resemblance to the actual place, and when you arrive, you have to pay more than the reservation price.
