Quality Inn Memphis Airport

breakfast was not pleasant just a waffle

This is a stay for EMERGENCY PURPOSES ONLY. This property is at its worst. The bathroom was moldy, wet, and dirty. The TV did not work and staff was in & out of my room until late night. The mirrors were dirty and smeared. The lamp shade was being held up by an INK PEN TOP. The air conditioner filters were also dirty. I was charged more than my normal stay and was definitely not worth $144!

sad for what you pay

sad

The room had great air conditioning and was clean upon our arrival. However we noticed the sheets were stained and the bathroom was to the point we cleaned it ourselves. I think if you have a short trip it’s not bad. Oh yea breakfast is from 6am -9am so early and I never smelled anything. I don’t know what’s on the menu.

This place is so dirty , breakfast is horrible my bathroom is dirty and old. In general the hotel is dirty, the fotos are no reflect the real situation of the hotel, not recommend it at all.

Great

It was very close to Graceland. Where to start...couldn't figure out if this was a hotel or part-time apartment for some people. There were a lot of construction workers there hanging out outside of rooms, mostly non- English speaking....the room looked as if it had not been cleaned, just a quick clean - used kcup in the coffee maker, dirty floor, the bathroom door wouldn't hardly close and dirty bath mat with dirt/hair in the tub. The bed linens were stained. Due to the time, we toughed it out and slept with our clothes on. Everything - the washer, dryer was out of order. The breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal and yogurt. No juice in the juice machine, just coffee. And there was no toilet tissue in our bathroom when we arrived, had to ask for some. Terrible!!! Don't stay here.

I liked the professionalism and the attentiveness of the staff. The room was clean and overall I was satisfied. Did not shop nor did I use the laundry service.

Some of the people traveling with me rooms was flooded and smell mold phones in room didn't work old linen and towels a bad experience over all will not recommend any one to go there.

Todo muy bueno

Good clean peaceful location right across the street if your truck has to go to Mch Kenworth Memphis.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

Decent hotel for the money. Located in a fairly sketchy area near the airport. Gated parking lot was a blessing. Had clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast is a nice add, even though it is very simple….cereal and yogurt etc.

Bathroom was moldy. Need to clean it better or replace it.

The exterior looks kind of sketchy, but the rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. It was a very good deal for the price! I have large family and we had two rooms.

Amazing property

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Staff was very nice.

I left something in the room. It took 30 phone call attempts to reach front desk, they don't answer the published phone, very unprofessional.

Don’t know Need a little updating
