Staff was nice Fix door handle, tv remote and tv, room smells smokey and gave me a headache, no hand soap and desk lamp broken.

The place smells like weed, staff is busy having conversations with other workers, bed sheets weren't changed (lipstick stains), the bathroom wasn't clean because someone forgot to flush their poop down the toilet, very slow water flush, AND!!!! There were cockroaches! Not family friendly, not hygienic, and disgusting. If I could give it a zero, I would! It's the worst place I've ever been to.

Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast choices. Smell of room, stale smoke. Noise from other rooms.

Everything. Very clean, nice staff, safe environment. It was so pleasant we wished we could have stayed longer.

Housekeeping did a good job. Some receptionists were very helpful, others less so. Breakfast was definitely good enough. Parking lot was being resurfaced. Doors from outside on were regularly left unlocked.

Check-in was average Soon after checking in there was a storm and the building lost power. It remained off all night. No AC, no hot water for a shower. no lights to see anything anywhere. On the upper floor and no elevator service. Had booked the courtesy van for a trip to Graceland, the driver never showed because he didn't have power at his home. After returning from Graceland tthe power had not been restored and I checked out and found another hotel that had power. Should not have been charged for this disaster!!!

The room wasnt clean properly and the toilet didnt work my whole stay, towels wasn't clean. I could go on and on I will never ever stay at another la quinta.

Nothing - staff was completely oblivious to doing their job - would not answer phone at front desk - i tried calling twice, letting it ring 20 times each call; went to lobby & desk clerk was sitting there chatting with someone. We were to have had a room with 2 queen beds, they're were double. i was told she didn't know a thing about it & that if the room had 2 beds, they were queen, rooms with a single bed were king. I want a refund - we left after about 30 minutes & found a decent place to stay. Desk clerk didn't bother to ask why we left.
