Great stop for 1 night lay over.

Good location to the Stranahan theater Lots of noise coming from the room above us

Bathroom was very dated and the wear and tear was very evident. The drain in the shower looked rusty, the shower head wouldn't spray out it kept falling, the corners of the floors were not clean as well as the sink and there was mold in the corner by the ceiling above the shower.

The bed was very comfortable Every thing was good

Carpet in room was stained. Tiles in bathroom loose and falling out. Black mold on caulk in shower. Low water pressure. Just a really run down hotel. No bugs though, which was nice.

The only minor issue was the bathroom. The faucet had recently had silicone added to it and there were globs of it left behind. They were still quite sticky and some of our items needed to be pried off the counter. Other than that everything was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

The evening staff at the check in desk was the only real negative. I walked up and told her I was there to check in she waved her hand in the air and gave me the one finger please wait. She then sat there staring at papers and clicking on the keyboard and on the phone and was not really saying anything on the phone. After a concern amount of time it passed and my husband was wondering what was taking so long and approached at which point in time I explained to him that I was waiting for her. Eventually had to ask if there was someone else who could check us in and she said no she was the only person and went back to what she was doing. Eventually she hung up the phone and without saying goodbye to the other person so I'm guessing that person got hung up on and then checked me in never asking for my ID only asking me to use my card to agree to the security deposit for the room she never asked to see the card or anything. She then handed us through keys and our two vouchers for breakfast and went back to whatever she was doing. However the rest of the stay was actually quite good and the restaurant staff was amazing the food was delicious and we would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend improving the check-in staff persons interpersonal and professional customer skills.

The room itself has stains and handprints everywhere. Our son’s feet were black everytime he was in the room. Not a clean hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options and was in a comfortable restaurant setting. Everything was spectacularly clean! I appreciated the ammenities in the shower and the space within the room. It was easy to get to, right off the highway. If you choose to have breakfast included in your reservation, make sure you ask for your vouchers at check in. I was not the only one who had to go to the front desk during the meal and show that my reservation stated breakfast was included. The attendant was patient, it seems like a common problem that the meal vouchers are not initially accounted for.

All the our stays at Holiday in breakfast was included withe the yummy cinnamon rolls but Breakfast was an extra $10 each and no cinnamon rolls, the toilet was running all night, asked for extra coffee creamer and sugar packets and none were available from the front desk.after the first night housekeeping came in the room but the 2nd night no housekeeping was preformed we will not be staying at Holiday Inn Express in the future
