The hotel was super convenient and easy to get to. Easy parking, nice staff, clean room and bathroom. My only complaint and it wasn’t the hotels fault , was that someone must have been smoking i

The Comfort Inn Suites was a good choice a little pricey. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was the same. Rooms clean.
-
Our room was very clean and we had plenty of linens for our stay. Breakfast was good and a variety of foods were offered. The temperature in our room was good.

Very good

Staff behind the counter were WONDERFUL. Professional, efficient and accommodating. But the hotel itself is a bit below standard. The lobby was clean but the second floor hallway had an odor. First room smelled like urine. Second room they offered us was cleaner with a misty old smell; surrounding units must have been smoking rooms. Expedia/hotel refunded the second night of our itinerary and we checked out after the first night.

The stay was pleasant. Room was clean but the lamps had not been dusted. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was close to the Stranahan theater and area restaurants. Breakfast was good but was missing salt and pepper for the eggs.

Adhearance to 3p check-in is a nuisance, especially when a room is available at 2:30p.

The room was clean but there was a terrible smell It gave me a headache. I don't know what it was but it was something something chemical. It was really strong. We were leaving early and it was too late at night to change hotels so we stayed but we will not be returning to this hotel.
