Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville Airport by IHG

Good stay. Room was a little rough/outdated but other then that it was good.

The king size bed was very comfortable.I really liked the shower head spray pattern and there was plenty of hot water and pressure also. The Continental breakfast was really good too.

Clean and convenient All good

Clean and comfy

Convenient location, close to everything I arrived at the airport, and was outside ready to be picked up by 4pm, and was told by the front desk that the shuttle was no longer available at that time. That should be specified under “Airport Shuttle”, which is the entire reason I booked there in the first place. I ended up having to book an Uber.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was great. It is very clean, the room was cozy and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was an added bonus.

Breakfast was good.

Close to downtown Madison with several food options nearby. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen staff kept breakfast stocked and organized.

Traveling in this area for work and have stayed here several times. Never been disappointed.

Breakfast includes several eggs and bread. The hotel is very nice.

This has been my companies favorite place to stay until recent events. Came to my room to find someone asleep in my bed, There was a drunk lady passed out in my bed in the room with all my belongings. This is a huge disappointment in the management staff. We have been staying here for weeks working out of town. How does this kind of thing happen?

Convenient location. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff. First night bathroom floor was so dirty that we left muddy foot prints when stepping out of the shower. That was corrected after reporting it to the front desk. Also, the room had a small safe in the closet with no instructions and no help from staff on how to use it. It would have been nice to have a notepad in the room.

The breakfast was amazing can remember the cooks name but the young lady did a great job ‼️

We arrived at 4 a.m., but they had to change our room three times; the first one they gave us hadn't been cleaned, and neither had the second—only the third one was acceptable. It cost us 40 minutes of our time.

Superb

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was GREAT!

Wonderful breakfast, clean room, great location.
