Great location clean and comfortable. Asked for a quiet location (which was provided), but the Cleaning staff was still cleaning rooms throughout. Next door to my room staff member was dropping, banging and making ALOT of noise while my wife tried to get some rest from. Long road trip. I timed from 4:00-5:15 pm ?

Having the room close to the entrance The bed room was very small the one bed was had to get in to cause of it being so close to the window the bathroom was tiny the room was very stuffy had to as for a fan then at about 145 in the morning me and my daughter went to the front desk to get her a drink and we stood there for about 10 mins and the lady that was working never came to the desk so I told my daughter to get her a drink we went back to the room and I had to call the front desk 2x before she even answered to let her know to charge the drink to our room the beds were very very uncomfortable it wasn't worth the 159. We paid for it we will never stay at this place again and when I was trying to tell the guy at the front desk this morning when we were checking out about our stay he just told me to leave a review and put it on there about our stay the was even dirt on the bathroom wall behind the bathroom door that was very nasty to see

Breakfast is always a favorite One of the main incentives for booking is the indoor pool. We showed up for a two-night stay and did not learn until our arrival the pool was empty and unavailable. This was extremely disappointing for the kids and presented a challenge to navigate as the parent that could have been avoided with notice.

The staff made this stay a wonderful one! Very attentive and made sure that you were comfortable. The hotel itself would have been amazing in 1985. Although it’s clean, the furniture and drapery is from that era. When there’s a big weekend at Texas Tech, the prices are triple the normal cost. Not fair when you’re getting this era in decor. A wonderful stay though!

Immediately when stepping in to the hotel I felt my shoulders relax. The water, the plants and the vibe took me back to a place where life was much more simple and maybe I had been somewhere like it when I was younger- the food - the healthy snacks - the pool - the rooms - and even the staff. If I had my way literally nothing would ever change about this hotel. I will ALWAYS be staying here from now on when I come to Lubbock. We met another couple who were so interesting. The whole experience was better than I thought it would be when I booked it. 10 stars - especially if you need a break from everything. It was the best!! Don’t change anything! You have it 100% right from the lobby to the top floor. So great!!

Our King Suite was a little dated, but certainly comfortable overall. The staff was exceptional. We were greeted and welcomed by every staff member we encountered. The drinks during happy hour were great. The breakfast was very good, from made-to-order omelets to a buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, etc., the food was tasty and plentiful. Will definitely stay there again.

Great stay as always

Great spot and the staff were awesome, thank you Kristin, stay golden!
-
EVERYTHING!! 1- was not the correct room period! Requested 1st floor, put on 2nd floor 2- Requested Handicap, put in “TUB ACCESSIBLE” what a joke 3- In checking the grab bars around the tube area the bottom bar rotted out of wall, totally ridiculous!!

Location was good. Breakfast offered a nice variety, good to order eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Breafast staff kept tables cleaned off and buffet fresh. A little noisy and busy. But there was plenty of room for everyone.
-
Older hotel, but the upkeep was good and our room was clean. The staff was friendly and music bingo during happy hour was a lot of fun! Bar staff was especially awesome! Breakfast too was wonderful as always!
-
Staff was extremely helpful. Went out of their way to help. Had an excellent stay

This was our first time at Embassy Suites. We were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted politely and promptly. We had been scheduled for a second floor room but were accommodated with a first floor room to eliminate difficulty with bags. The Lubbock location was clean and neat. I had thought the days of a GOOD breakfast passed away with Covid, but I was wrong! Our breakfast was a special treat.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was clean but somewhat dated.

While the hotel is a bit dated, it was very clean and the staff were all very, very helpful, friendly and welcoming! My only negative is the rooms (carpet, bathroom tub) were dated and the doors to the outside never latched and locked.

Maybe a portable fan for the room
