One of the best Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at in the state of Texas. Super clean, it smelled really good and our room was excellent.

The only reason I wanted to stay here is so my child could sleep in the living room and my husband and I could be in the bedroom separate from her. We stayed at this hotel a week prior while traveling, and planned on staying here again on the way back to our home. The floors were disgusting. My daughter had black all over her feed and legs from crawling around. Every time the AC would turn on it would startle you out of your sleep because it was so incredibly loud. They also over booked the hotel and moved us to their sister hotel, which was much nicer. Emely assured us we would have the same room type at the new hotel and this was FALSE! It was a single room with no living space which I assured her on the phone would NOT work for us. After arriving at the new hotel a call was made to homewood and the only response we got was “there’s nothing we can do, I can send a message to my manager. It was just luck of the draw that y’all got moved.” Completely unacceptable when I booked this hotel almost 5 weeks prior. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty room, no shower pressure, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, etc

The staff were incredibly nice. The room was clean but aged

Took forever for room to cool off

It’s a fairly nice hotel, but it is more expensive than it is nice. There was rust in the tub, sink faucet was loose and leaked. The ac was great and got super cold and crisp. The floors were nasty and I made my kid keep their socks on and change them a lot. A big brown/red spot on the floor right in the middle of the room made it look like a crime scene. They have good soaps and an extra paper towel roll that came in handy.

A bit outdated. Staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good, but a lot of the “healthy” items run out quick. (Oats, fruit, yogurt)

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Hard to understand front desk young lady. She spoke too soft and fast.

Decent price. Good breakfast. Clean room. The PM after front desk attendant was all over the place. Took ten minutes to come check a line of guests in. She prioritized returning a luggage cart over addressing the guests. I try not to judge but she was either very scattered or what seemed like inebriated. Other guests in front and behind me made mention of it. I worked at this property during college. Way different level of service quality and training back then. The property is still nice but I'm picky on customer service especially when it comes to the hospitality industry.

Love this hotel for the spacious room and cleanliness. It's a little pricey, $150-$200 a night is a bit much when your check in isn't till 4 and checkout is noon. I come and stay when I have doctor's appointments once a month. To not be able to have the room till 4 is inconvenient. Most other places I've stayed I can get way earlier check-in. I realize that a lot of guest check out at noon and the room has to be cleaned, but alot check out early also. Your paying for less than 24 hours.

Easy free 🆓 parking new remodel rooms pretty and clean

Only thing I liked was location and price was fair. It’s an old hotel and bathroom was very old and dirty, very disappointed and probably won’t stay there again. Toilet had a wrong size lid and shower curtain was short and water would splash down on the floor also very poor ventilation.

The staff Ms. Jassica was very helpful. They have internet problems in the area and system was not functioning Jassica was physically going to each guest’s assigned rooms to be opened and running back to front desk to help next one. We appreciate her efforts and attitude towards the hotel customers.
