Cambria Hotel Louisville Downtown-Whiskey Row

The staff was amazing throughout our stay !! We loved Renee at the front desk and Michael the maintenance man! They really took care of us !!

Loved this hotel! Walking distance to everything you would want! The front office staff were friendly and courteous! We will definitely be back to stay!

Perfect location with easy walks to Whiskey Row, museums, and plenty of restaurants. There really is not an on-site dining. It is just a bar in the lobby that serves food in the evening. That said, we would recommend for a good, downtown experience.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It was nice to have a restaurant and bar on property as well. Two complaints would be water pressure in the shower and you could hear your neighbors. They weren’t being loud either; not sure if walls were thin!

The hotel is beautiful as well as the grounds. Staff was also helpful. I had an issue with charges where the hotel decided to charge two separate transactions day of check in and the full amount after check out. Leaving a large amount pending past 11 days which really messed up my bank account and access to my money. Hotels really need to make sure they charge all transactions correctly so there is no impact to their customers!

The property was clean. The staff were friendly. The rooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable. We were there 2 nights. We would have liked for our room to be cleaned after the first night. Also I wish the restaurant/coffee shop had more of a selection of breakfast items.

Huge room was clean and quiet. Good location. Comfortable bed and nice linens Only complaint was when we checked in no one gave us any area information or said that we had to request housekeeping. We assumed it was every other day. On day 3 I asked and she said “oh you have to request it at check in” information we could have used! When I checked out a lovely lady was very sweet and helpful. Great property in a great location!

I had a great stay! This hotel was very nice, and the staff was very kind. It was quiet most of the time, and I liked that there was ice and a water machine available. The gym was also huge! I will stay here again.
