SpringHill Suites by Marriott Louisville Downtown

I made a mistake when I booked the hotel weeks ago. I accidentally bought nonrefundable. When I realized this more than 10 days ago, I reached out to see if anything could be done as I would not be able to stay that weekend. Not only would the hotel not help me, they were very unfriendly to me. They stressed that it was sold out that day. I thought perhaps that would help as someone else could take my room, but no. They would not accomodate me or even treat me kindly.

Nice place close to the airport.

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were nice and helpful.

Clean room, great parking, and the rooms were nicely sized!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. By far the best staff. Rooms were clean and showers were amazing

We had a good experience overall. The location is excellent, everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast service. Breakfast is listed as available until 10:00 AM, but when we arrived at 9:45 AM, everything was already packed up and cleared away, leaving us with no breakfast.

Friendly staff. Great location to walk to the distilleries. No big frills, but the perfect place to just unwind after travel.

Exceptional

Front Desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice. I will book the rate with parking next time it's literally about the same price either way. Thanks for being a pleasure. Can't wait to book another stay!

Ice only available on one floor.

We did not stay at the hotel There was an awful smell throughout the facility and staff felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Superb

Nice

the view as I look out over the city ar night

We needed a place to stay the night before my SIL’s wedding after our previous arrangement fell through and we could not be happier with how the night shook out at the Marriott. So grateful and staff was so kind.

It was a $500 deposit for 50miles range from the area

I had issues with billing. I was charged twice for 3 days.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel.

Breakfast was the best part Room was old and I kept smelling cigarettes

Very nice and clean hotel and best location. Breakfast was free and excellent. Safe area. Will come back here again for our annual AAU tournaments
