Holiday Inn Long Beach Airport Hotel and Conference Center by IHG

It was a modern location, making the area look very nice. Inside my hotel room the desk was a bit dusty but other than that everything was good.

The place needs to be remodeled very very outdated. You cannot go to the bathroom and close the door while on the toilet and trying to get in the shower is very compacted super old-school bed, uncomfortable dirty just staff not kind demolished the building.

My husband had just had a heart attack and was traveling back after being released from the hospital. I chose this hotel because he had a late flight and free shuttle until 10 pm. He was super exhausted and called for the shuttle told him 9:30 pm was the cutoff. The worst part was when he checked in he said the room had not been cleaned. Full trash cans, dirty towels and one bed was used. He was so exhausted medically that he slept in the other double bed - I wish he would have said something but he was just so exhausted. I spent over $200 on this room really should get a full refund.

The tv wasn’t working and plus we evacuated the rooms cause someone was smoking in the bathroom

Old, outdated, very worn building. Inconvenient location to any stores, no walkability. Lighting bad in room, no lamp on one side of bed. Only two towels provided, someone with hair needs two. Hot tub and pool are small, oddly placed, hard to find. Food at restaurant was mediocre, service awful.

Yes my room smells a mold. I went to front desks and they change my room.

Functional good value No toaster in room
