It is ok to stay; a little waiting each time using an elevator. It hard to find the parking.

My first room had a smoker who was evicted from the hotel a day prior to my arrival. Instead of properly fumigating this room it was offered to me. I had to get a new room. Sadly the pool was not working. This was not mentioned on the website when I booked. It felt very chaotic during my stay. I checked out a day earlier. What I did appreciate was the comfortable bed, the TV size and the nature view.. But I wanted a peaceful stay.. and this was not it.

An elevator was broken, we were charged for parking, my partner went to the hotel bar for a drink and the bartender said “ok” then disappeared, the room carpet was full of stains, the wall paper was peeling. This was THE WORST hotel experience of my 48 years of life and I will never stay here again.

Superb
-
Location The shower appeared not clean nor the bathroom floor.
-
We had problems with our access cards that could not be activated because the machine that does that was faulty. we struggled with one card the whole period. To the credit of the manager, He gave us our breakfasts for free. to try and make up for the room fiasco and the ferry services were good. Food were fine.

Front desk was very helpful. Shuttle service was great. Location was ideal from getting to and from airport and MARC train for traveling to DC. Highly recommend.

Thank you for accommodating all the rugby fans! One elevator out for entire stay.

Passable
-
It was just perfect from the day I dropped my car off and a week later when I came back from my trip check in was perfect and was able to get a nice meal as well! Highly recommend. If in the area again I will definitely choose this Sheraton.

The bathroom smelled like clothes left in the wash too long. The floor wasn't clean and I almost ran out of toilet paper the first day because they left essentially nothing on the roll and no replacement. The body wash was empty the entire tine, they didn't even check it. This hotel is a 3 star at best.

Rooms are dirty!

The bathroom was in a poor state when I checked in. When I prepared to take a shower, I noticed the shower doors were off track. Neither would open properly. There was no body wash, nor were there any wash cloths. To make matters worse the trash bin had no bag.

Exceptional

The room was more spacious than I imagined with two queen beds. I have read the reviews for this hotel on multiple platforms, and for the most part, they weren't as good. However, everyone's experience is different and I personally felt like the front desk was exceptionally kind, especially Sheryl. I was able to check in early, and she helped me with all my needs for the two days I was there. I felt safe inside the hotel and it was a close drive to the stadium. I also read the reviews about cars tires being stolen, and it is unfortunate to those that happened. I am glad the car we drove in with is intact. I do recommend the hotel for short stays as it was reasonably priced.

i liked how cozy the room was and everything was well organized.

Most went well. It seemed that I had to ask for bath towels and sometime what was given would not be complete. However, I would just go the front desk where the staff was accommdating.
-
I loved everything about the property… from the warm welcome from the front desk, to the very well kept outside and inside of the hotel, to the vary spacious elevators, spacious room, and large bathroom! We also loved the amount of parking that was available so matter if we were out late there was plenty of parking and easy access back into the hotel! No complaints

Dirty rooms. Poor maintenance. Needs updating for the prices they are charging. Place is sort of run down and dated. Housekeeping definitely needs some work. Had to change rooms twice due to cleanliness.

Scott upgraded our room and was so informative about the area. Super service! Our bartender Antonia was so friendly and took special care to get our girls dinner ready when they opened the restaurant.
