The lobby and entrance do not prepare you for the motel experience you’ll have in your room.

The location was down the street from another hotel, that was holding an event I attended. Also the hotel was close to the freeway, that took me to another event. Parking was good, even though hotel was full. Staff was very friendly from front desk to housekeeping. The place was very quiet, clean and affordable. No microwave. But they served breakfast and had snacks.

We also appreciated that there was a room available last minute, being that our plane was delayed until the next day. The front desk staff who got rude with me for absolutely NO reason. An email was sent to me stating I needed to show the front desk my credit card on file, and ID. I handed her my ID and simply asked if she needed to see my card as well. Instead of her saying no, she got rude and stated how she "already asked me" if I was changing the card being used. She spoke to me as if I was her child, or as if I was rude to her. Had I not been so tired from traveling all day, I would've cussed her out for how she spoke to me. Even IF I was changing my card on file, her reponse was absolutely inappropriate. I was simply following what the email said. I do not normally complain about these things, but she really was rude for no reason. We were not rude to her at all.

Very comfortable beds. Very clean room/bathroom. The room was absolutely worth the price. We also loved that there was a shuttle to take us to and from the airport.
