OYO Hotel Knoxville TN Cedar Bluff I-40

The property is an absolute NIGHTMARE as a whole. The photos shown on Expedia are NOT TRUE. The photos are clearly AI or from when the hotel was BRAND NEW. Disgusting rooms. We went to a “non-smoking” room and it had clearly been smoked in for atleast what seems like 20years. The smoke detector was missing - so there was a hole with the wires out. The room was FILTHY. Pube hairs all over the place. The door handle to the room was bent outward and literally just moved around easily. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. False advertising and misleading photos.

Pool was closed. Staff was rude when we asked for clean towels.

I left after seeing room. Hopefully I'll get refunded

We left without staying in this hotel. Unclean and smelled like weed and cigarettes.

Well it was a pleasant stay, let me say that right from the start. Room was relatively clean, quiet, and functional. I slept well, without any issues. But when I arrived it looked like the hotel was being demolished. They should really have a sign outside saying they’re open during renovations, because I thought it was being torn down, and wondered where I was going to stay the night. But, after finding my way into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by the very nice hotel clerk who checked me in quickly and without issue. Lots of restaurants and shopping all around the hotel. All in all, I stayed the one night I’d booked, I slept well, and the price was right! Maybe I’ll come back sometime. Would love to see what it looks like after the renovations are complete!

Very clean, excellent price, very nice owners! Quiet and great location! This is actually one of the cleanest hotels in Knoxville. I have no complaints about the Oyo! It certainly isnt newly remodeled or anything like that, but the AC is cold, the pillo2s are amazing, and the beds are comfy. And the staff is so helpful! The pipes were noisy through the walls, but I know they are working on the facilities.

We needed a hotel that was safe, clean and affordable for a recent weekend in Knoxville and the Oyo hotel fit the bill! This is an unusual hotel with an unused water park in the center. If they e water park was functioning it would be pretty amazing. The hotel is in need of some updates but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is friendly and kind.

I am still here till the end of the month I like it so well.

This property is in really bad shape. It is under construction, and needs it. The pool is closed and the rooms that are open have holes in the walls, carpet, and comforter. The air conditioner leaks water on the carpet and the rooms are in desperate need of some paint. The only thing good is the room appears to be fairly clean.
