Days Inn by Wyndham Knoxville West

It was next door to Cracker Barrel. It is run down, musty, and nasty. Rotten baseboards, chewed up doors, possible mold,rather disgusting. Bed was soft but doable for 1 night.

Loose faucet with a dead roach, and live roaches in the bathroom. People hanging out bbq’ing and playing music at night in the parking lot. Breakfast was described as a piece of fruit and cereal. The stairs and walkways were very dirty. The staff did not seem surprised with the complaints at checkout. Not sure how they allowed a chain hotel to get so run down in an otherwise great neighborhood.

Nothing, I left and went to another hotel Room was filthy and roaches everywhere

The property is not well maintained. The room was clean enough, but the edges of the carpet and tile were dingy. Breakfast was a granola bar. That is fine, but advertise as such. I won't stay again.

This property should be condemned if not sanitary as soon as I opened the door of my hotel cockroaches came out of everywhere I wasn’t even able to go in. I left immediately and when I told the management or the clerk, he said, I understand so that means they know what they have. It’s a roach motel. it’s still creeps me out to think people would sleep there.

The room not that good. Had cockroaches. So I left to find another hotel. Told the person in charge, older gentleman. Didn’t say anything. .

Toilet seat was loose so I tightened it myself. Bed was comfortable. It was the cheapest hotel in the area. You get what you pay for.

The front desk staff had a poor attitude, cockroaches were running all over the room, and the facilities were old and dilapidated.

The hotel advertises breakfast but the reason none if you ask for anything of the staff, they hang up on you when you call in the rooms are OK and basic, but technically there are no amenities

Many Roaches, very Dirty Room

They had bugs bad my uncle had gotten bit by something and now is in the hospital

It was okay, not like perfect but I wouldn’t recommend staying a week. It’s good for like 3 days but not for long vacations
