Breakfast could have had more options and filled, location was nice. The rooms was clean, staff was nice.

The Bed Bathroom

Not much. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Shouldn't bother advertising it. Consisted of coffee, waffle, dry cereal. Room hardwood floor was damp from humidity in room. Asked for more towels to make floor safer. Told they didn't have any more.

Clean rooms

The juices were watered down and no fruits, yogurts, eggs, or any type of protein.

This is my favorite hotel but it doesn’t always go well. This time was great.

The dough in the morning was tasting like bad milk was been used to make it.

Got the room for 3 days everyday our key card qas deactivated, according to them because of housekeeping but our room was never cleaned and literally only 1/4 of a toilet paper roll. Towels looked like they had been used to mop the floors. Just terrible

The first room they gave me had issues. The last person in that room only left the fan on and it was 86 degrees at 7:30pm. I also killed several bugs and cleaned up one that had been killed on a wall. I told the front desk and they gave me a different room but the key card did not work until the third try. The only good thing is my new room had the A/C on and no bugs at all. I am beginning to get worried about management not taking care of the little things.

The floors were very sticky and the guy at the front was being overly rude.

Definitely the best hotel I have stayed at since I moved here in 2013. I had at least one dog until the summer of 2025 and since then I don’t need a pet friendly hotel. The only issue I had this past weekend was a very brief power outage during a storm but I wasn’t sure if the hotel had generators. Having experienced Hurricanes Harvey and Beryl, I don’t understand why all hotels in Houston don’t have generators. The store I work at added generators two years ago and it has made a world of difference.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower/bathroom was updated and decent. The hallway had a very strong urine smell, and there was also an unpleasant odor in the room that we were unable to get rid of.
