Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Kingwood Parc-Airport Area

Our stay was very good. Every staff member was accommodating, but, special kudos to the Director of Marketing, Amy. She was so friendly. She made us feel at home. She absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Amy!

It was great stay

Good breakfast,clean rooms,friendly people,quiet and nice area

Friendly staff, handy location.

Cool on it’s own I can’t think of any

I like the spacious rooms with the full kitchen. I appreciate that they are pet friendly and have breakfast included. On this visit, the elevators were out of order. Luckily we checked in late and the front desk clerk changed our booking from the 3rd floor to the 1st so we were not inconvenienced but a lot of others were not as lucky. Our room was #124 and the sink was leaking onto the countertop when you turned on the faucet. Also, because it was on the ground floor there was a landscaping light that was pointed right inside our bedroom window and there was no way to effectively block out the light. I would have pointed out these issues to the front desk clerk but they seemed shorthanded and you always had to wait for them to return from some place else where they were assisting other guests. I think they could use a backup front desk clerk. I have stayed at this hotel before and due to the convenience of the location to where my children and grandkids live, I would stay here again. Just a few things could be improved.

Will stay there again

Nice location with great breakfast and a pool. My room was damp and moldy smelling. Front desk was unhelpful when requesting a move to a different room.

Very clean, spacious, and quiet.

It was quiet and clean. Nice property.

Repeat customer at this location. We count on the easy check-in/out, clean welcoming atmosphere, and the excellent breakfast!

Internet was out at front desk. Could not pull up reservations. Took over an hour to check-in.

Everything was great, will definitely stay there again when in the area.

We.enjoy the pool and the morning breakfast, also had a patio place with 2 grills for cooking.

Everything its home away from home the best. I kinda just missed my biscuits and gravy on the menu.. But everyone so nice .
