The whole property was well maintained and the staff very friendly. I would stay there again.

The breakfast included fresh fruit ….YAY. What a treat after being on the road for a few weeks. Everything was very nice.

It was rough at the beginning. They offered everyday room service, but I said it was unnecessary that every other day would be sufficient. It took about a week till my first room service; and I had to request it for that to happen and even then it did not happen right away. Everything ese was fine; room was nice and staff were pleasant.

This Hotel is my favorite now that I have experienced everything it has to offer. I signed up with the company to get the benefits it has to offer. In a nutshell, the room was great, it had everything and a big TV. A real breakfast in the morning buffet style with eggs, sausages, French toast etc. I recommend La Quenta Hotels.

Unlike other hotels they charged early check-in even though we checked out 2 hours early. Stains in room and bathrooms.

The staff were very friendly and polite, and the breakfast was nice. However, I wanted to share a quick feedback regarding room maintenance: the bathroom drain was extremely slow with debris coming up, and the hand towel by the sink had a musty smell. Overall a pleasant stay, but hopefully housekeeping can pay a bit more attention to these details.

The hotel is in good condition but the water pressure in the shower was non-existent and the pillows had a weird odor to them.

My credit card was authorized three times. I know it’s only authorization, why three times. The clerk said it was the credit card’s fault. I don’t think so.

Nice hotel, convenient, comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

I was disappointed in my stay here. For such a highly rated hotel, I expected a bit more. The staff was very kind and helpful, however my room smelled a little of smoke, there was hair in the shower, almost no water pressure, lukewarm water, and the wall was so thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring all night, which meant I couldn’t sleep. Parking is great, breakfast was average.
