I will start off by saying the lady who checked us in was super nice and friendly! I was disappointed with mainly the room 1) the cleanliness of the room… the room hadn't been dusted, the counters were not cleaned, and the extra sheets for the sofa bed were just rolled up in the cabinet, so they didn't look fresh 2) the bathroom… there was hair in the toilet (like someone pulled it off their brush and through it in there instead of the trash, the sink was not washed, and the shower was dirty with an empty shampoo bottle, no conditioner. There was only 3 towels and if we wanted extra we had to go to the front desk, hand them the dirty towels before we can get fresh ones. We were in town for a midnight softball tournament we were exhausted and it was just super inconvenient.

Seth at the front was awesome, very kind and welcoming and gave a great recommendation for dinner! The place had really great amenities and I found that so helpful if was staying any longer than one night. I did find it was only moderately clean I wish they kept it up just a tad bit more but it was still comfy stay.

Breakfast was disappointing and a small visitor came…a cockroach. Had to step on it before my wife sees it and kick it under a furniture. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but in that case I had to. We stayed in many Home2suites, and we are usually pleased. But for that location, stay away.

Clean and comfy Soap in shower was empty.

The bathroom sink doesn’t have a plug so women be careful of your rings and jewelry. Staff is super friendly and very responsive to all your requests.

Room was sub par. Large stains on carpet, I-40 traffic noise all night was unbearable. Stayed at 4 hotels in 13 days and this was easily the worst. Very disappointing. Ive stayed in rooms for $--- that were superior. No walk in shower for ADA.
