We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton in a King suite. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in showing us a list of nearby restaurants. The breakfast attendant was friendly and kept the food items well stocked. I would certainly recommend the Hampton in Kingman

The front side rooms are noisy from the street traffic.

Always a good experience at Hampton Inns. Rooms are always clean and so is the rest of hotel go include the pool and breakfast area. The lady who checked us in was a bit rude with no personality or smile but the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

First time on Sept. 6th front desk girl was a pleasure to deal with. On my return on Sept.12 not so pleasant. The hotel itself is very clean, beds comfy breakfast was good. Easy location.

Front desk clerk - rude, questioned why I couldn't stay at my personal residence. The proceeded to question the reason for needing a room. I was so embarrassed. There was no notification that 'locals were not welcome'; nor was it posted. In addition, it is no one's business but mine why I book a room. I travel and book hotel rooms all of the time but this was, by far, the worst experience I have had. I felt shunned by my own community. I feel that says a lot for the management of this hotel.
