Clean, well kept, convenient-close to the area I need to be in.

Great staff, room was really nice. Lots of room and the kitchen was very nice. Would have been nice to have a place to park while checking in but that’s about the only minor complaint I had. Very quiet.

The kitchen wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Areas felt greasy and cabinets had lots of crumbs left behind. That should have been the first clue for what was to come. Discovered a few tiny ants in the bathroom on night one. By early evening on night two, there were a dozen tiny ants crawling on the desk area of the bedroom and more on the kitchen counter. We killed them and wiped everything down. An hour later and they were back. Called the front desk and was told there were no available rooms to move to and no real solution to the ants as maintenance was already gone for the day and management only works bankers hours. Went down to the front desk and with two nights left, sleeping with ants in our room or sleeping in a room after they spray it down with raid wasn’t an option. After learning there was nothing to make the room sanitary and safe for two more nights, we checked out and rebooked at a clean and safe hotel. I asked for documentation of my complaint from the front desk and they refused as well as a receipt indicating I was checking out two days early and again was refused. She said I would receive an email receipt and have in fact not. Still waiting on a response from hotel management and hoping they will do the right thing here.

Smoke detector needs to be change; I wake up twice when I just arrive start beeping, they try to fix changing the battery but start beeping again in the middle of the night and I have disconnected myself the smoke detector to try to sleep, also the forms to get some product like soda, water, cookies, etc. Needs to fix the prices in the laundry room, the prices were not updated correctly, I am not using this hotel anymore. I was very disappointing.

Noise travels in this place. I heard the people above and across the hallway. This was a major issue late at night and in the morning.

Very disappointed with my stay. after a long day at my sons tournament, we arrived to our hotel at 8:55, to be told our room was given away. asked for him to contact supervisor or upper management regarding the situation. He was authorized to offer me my $$ back and drive back home (which was a hour drive home) or i could be downgraded to a smaller room and only be given free parking $7 value and $3 back. how does that even seem right!!! I was not going to be able to drive back and had no other choice then to accept that. we did not get into our room till 9:33pm. our dinner was cold, the shower didn't work correctly and i was super disappointed.

Shannon at check in was fabulous…welcoming and personable. Good price. Variety of machines in exercise room. Have small appliances to borrow. Carpet…prefer laminate or vinyl flooring.

Room very clean. Front Desk Staff helpful. So convenient for downtown Irvine and Hoag Hospital.

I found out that my daughter’s UC Irvine orientation was students only last Saturday. I had already checked out of our previous hotel room and was effectively homeless for most of the day. I told this to the front desk person and asked if I could check in even an hour or two early. I’ve never seen a 4:00 check in and they claimed to have no clean room until exactly 4:00 pm. That’s not early at all. It was a miserable experience that this hotel could have made better but apparently they failed. I have no intention on ever staying here again. Zero customer service.
