I’ve been to this location before and it’s OK! The rooms are pretty decent. The help I get once I check in is great Shayla. She’s very welcoming great attitude, great personality. Great smile from star to end! To greet you like a friend, not a customer and that’s great customer service!!

Passable

Hotel in general is a motel, upkeep has not been maintained, carpets were dirty and unvacuumed, elevators were dirty, not vacuumed. The the cost paid for a hotel, I would expect some of that money go into cleaning but it has not. Continental breakfast was ok.

Staying in a silo was an unexpected yet enjoyable experience
-
Everything was really good, we were too busy to go to breakfast. And the hot tub wasnt hot but otherwise it was a good experience.
-
Our room was nice in the Silo building except that the toilet was very loose, we had cockroaches come through the holes because of it. The front desk said they couldn’t do anything because the hotel was fully booked. The ice machines around us were out of order and the train sounds were incredibly loud. The breakfast was good but small. Air conditioning took awhile to cool down the room. Plenty of parking and the property looked nice.

Great bed! The train is very close to the building and you hear it. I didn't find it that bad though, got used to it fairly quickly.

Room was clean but air had a slight mildew smell. After letting the fan run it dissipated. Staff was friendly.

So amazinggg

breakfast was ok We were overcharged. We found the price of $70 online, but we were charged nearly $200 per night. Then we found an additional $200 taken from our account that we didn't get anything for. The toilet wouldn't flush the first night. They wanted to inconvenience us by moving us to another room because they wouldn't have anyone available to fix it until mourning. If you understood my physical condition you would understand that this is very challenging thing for me to do. We were told that we can only get that price online, so we tried to get a cheaper rate online but we were OVER-CHARGED an outraages price! We were given a room on the far end of the hotel, Very inconvenient! We asked for toothpaste and they geve us expired toothpaste! It had expired in 2024! It is reallly a poorly ran hotel! Plus a train regularly drove past our hotel room waking us up.

The hotel was okay and did the job for one night. I was traveling for work and needed something close to the corporate office. I didn’t see anything in the listing, could be I didn’t look thoroughly, but the hotel is RIGHT NEXT to the train tracks. We’re talking right there! Trains came through all night; very loud and shaking the room. It makes it hard to sleep. The “2nd building” is an old converted concrete building. When I FaceTime’d my family my 8 year old said “it looks like you’re in jail “! If you’re a fan of the Silo, you’ll enjoy the rooms in this building! Again, good for one night for the location I needed.
