The lady checking us in was great! Nice and joyful.

My husband and I were very pleased with the happy hour , the bartender was exceptionally and made great drinks for us , we would stay there again just to visit him , great job!!! To the bartender sorry I can’t remember his name, he went beyond for great customer service. I thought the breakfast was too expensive for the food that was available. The server was not very friendly.

Needs reno/updating on floors, bathrooms and decor.

Well located , excellent staff and super convenient

My stay was comfortable and relaxing. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and well kept.

Pool was closed on Saturday and Sunday for weddings or other events. And they had a wedding reception on Saturday night that was so loud. I was up two floors from the lobby and the music was pulsating through the room. I went down to ask if they could have the people turn it down a little bit and the immediate answer was no. Debbie the manager then explained that they had a contract and that the music would become quiet at midnight. Given that it was 930 and I had already listened to it for an hour and a half. I felt that was enough time. She then said that the quiet hours start at 11 PM and the music would become quiet by midnight, which of course made no sense. Debbie, the manager finally offered to change my room. She assured me it would be a quiet room. At that point, I had to go repack all my luggage and move myself from the second floor to the eighth floor. She thought as compensation waving one nights worth of $36 parking fee would be enough. I believe that if not, my two nights stay at least one night of my stay should’ve been complimentary without any parking fees. Unless someone makes a reservation for me at this hotel I will not stay there again.

I like the cleanliness of the room. Everything was in order. Delightful room. Nothing. Everything was great.

That 3 mile rule is ridiculous because they don’t want to go by the great park then charge a few extra dollars to go that way when events happen

Room was good. Bed was comfortable and AC cold despite outside being over 105 F. Outdoor parking at $35 per day is a bit outrageous but there is no alternative nearby so they use the opportunity.

Staff was always super helpful. To our early check in to early hour check out and in between.

Strange cleaning like odor ruminating in the lobby area. $35 a night parking fee

Nice, clean, 4 star hotel. Room rates are below other nearby hotels. Easy freeway access. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything closes too early. Couldn't sleep in.
