Ocean Street Inn on Hyannis Harbor

Was a great experience!

Staff was very welcome noise free hotel and very clean

Had to Check in in a another motel 1000 feets away , very noisy a/c Room not that clean

Great room and got to use the pool at the main hotel. Great stay.

Too many stairs

i will never recommend this place. horrible guest experience. front desk never picks calls or respond. no house cleaning performed. literally had to live with no bath essentials.

I’m sorry, but I didn’t like the hotel; everything looked beautiful in the photos, but upon arrival, I found what looked like an abandoned hotel. I had to check in at a different hotel, where I was told I could use their pool. The room had an overpowering smell of mold. Housekeeping didn't even remove the trash I had left behind. There was a hole in the wall. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience.

There’s another section of the hotel that was not good. Room smelled like mildew andTV was not working so put us in a different room more modern and clesn ( newer section of the hotel.

Staff was helpful and responsive and kind and went above and beyond at both ocean st and Hyannis harbor inn. The front desk staff was willing to do all they could to make it a great and easy stay. Jonie and David of the front desk staff were definitely multitasking and helping many people have an easy welcome without making anyone else feel like they weren’t being taken care of. Amazing and kind! They would make me come back if I was able to work with them again!

Smell the mold in the rooom

Front desk staff were friendly, professional. The hotel was immaculate, room was spacious, comfortable, clean. The restaurants were close and offered many options for breakfast lunch and dinner.The hotel sits at the Harbor edge making it a great location. Parking was safe. Looking forward to a return visit.

Room was good. Walking (crawling) distance to bars, dining and fishing! I would definitely stay again!

Broken tiles in bathroom. Ants everywhere. Pool was empty. Had to pay for parking. Had to walk a half a mile to check in. Reminded me of a scene from National Lampoons family vacation.

Pool was packed with a lot of kids.... Outdoor areas were very nice.

Bathroom was terrible. Run down hotel that doesnt look like the pictures.

Check was supposed to be at 4pm. Room was not ready until after 6pm

Had a 4 o’clock check in for two rooms. Both rooms were not ready until 5. The place looks run down from the outside but the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was nice and polite. The pool was closed and an eyesore in the middle of the parking lot but you are allowed to use the other properties pool. Location is definitely a 5 as it’s walking distance to ferries, restaurants, and Main Street

The outside was dark pulling up so my first view was oh no this is going to be scary, wish there was more lighting in the parking lot. Walked up the the room on the 2nd floor the deck was a bit wobbly but when i opened the room I was shocked. The bedding was so nice, the room was large, so clean. The bed was very comfortable too. I learned do not let looks deceive you. I will stay there again!

We had no WiFi. The paint was peeling in the room and there was a funky smell. The ac was cold, but extremely loud.
