It is a little dated and the faucet on the sink in the kitchenette was difficult to turn on. Also, there was more water coming out of the faucet when I turned on the shower than there was coming out of the shower head. The shower was weak because of it.

Excellently located for both ferry docks in the area. The room I stayed in was big, clean, comfortable and well equipped for what I needed. The communication from the host was EXCELLENT (particularly as my flight got in later than planned). I would definitely stay there again if I needed to. Based on what I needed - this was perfect.

I liked this property and the location. Rooms were very quiet and it was a 5 minute walk to the downtown area. I had no negatives, including the price for this location. I would stay here again next time we visit Hyannis

The location was wonderful. The front desk manager was very welcoming, friendly, and understanding I had to ask for a refund after stepping foot into the damp, moldy musty smell of the room. It was so bad that I couldn't even stay. The room had an old rug, old beds, old comforter and furniture.

I want to start by saying the stay was a 10 not a 5 , friendly owner and the rooms were so clean and beds were comfortable, I would recommend the stay for anyone. The prices of the rooms were reasonable. You are so close to the docks and ferry; that was a plus, and within walking distance of Main St.

Location , staff , and it is a quintessential cape cod motel. If you need a place to stay while you are doing all the things the cape and the islands have to offer Harbor house is the place . Somewhat dated and lacks things larger hotels have .
