Breakfast was hearty and healthy, air conditioning did a good job maintaining room comfort, staff was cheerful and very helpful. Will definitely be returning for another stay!

Loved the use of the pool and hot tub area as a breakfast room. Tropical feel and the ability to expand to the outdoor area to eat,as well.

The gentleman on reception was amazing! So helpful! Gave us some good tips for getting to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard! He also checked us in early which was great and allowed us to park all day after we checked out! So accommodating!!! The gentleman really made this stay for us! So friendly and helpful! Down to earth guy and chatted to us for ages!

The people at the front desk, no matter the day or time, were extremely friendly and helpful. They always welcomed us as we walked in and went out of their way to help us when we had a question. Our stay was very comfortable and the location was perfect. We will be staying here again, the next time we are in Hyannis.

True retro 1960’s Cape Cod hotel that provides the utmost in local loving care for their guests. It’s not fancy, not high end amenities, but it’s a perfect travel station with excellent Hyannis seafood and friendly fun pubs in walking distance. Cliff at the front desk will help guests with anything they need and make you feel like family. Simple, clean, rooms, a small but immaculate heated indoor pool, basic continental breakfast, and balconies.

Pillows needed a refresh, gentleman working in the a:m, much nicer than my check in man.

Staff was very welcoming at the front desk. Hotel is within a walkable distance to the ferry and transportation center even with luggage. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. We were asked about travel plans for the next day, and we indicated we were leaving early for home via the Plymouth-Brockton bus to Logan airport. They made sure we were able to grab some breakfast the night before to store in the refrigerator in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast. Quiet room. Easy free car parking. Pleasant and efficient house keeping staff. This was my sixth visit to this hotel!!
