This is a nice hotel but it needs attention. Air conditioning issues as well as plumbing issues. For the price it was ok but it’s a tired property

Unfortunately Location was the only plus for this hotel! Hotel staff was not friendly and when I asked if we could have an upper level room I was told NO because I booked thru another source! For price staff veryshould have been more accommodating. Very disappointed Read above

Location was great and breakfast very good. I thought the charge for valet parking was excessive $60 a night????? and the pillows were flat and not comfortable.

The bedding is soft and pillows are awesome. I’m fussy about a nice bed and this was outstanding. Also notable and so rare these days: a nice bath and the water flow was strong and water hot. Had two relaxing soaks during my stay, making sure to savor a hotel who doesn’t skimp on what it takes for a guest to have a relaxing stay. Will come again!!

This is a very pretty but somewhat dated hotel. It’s time for some serious upgrades to decor and facilities if they want to be a luxury hotel. Phones don’t work, rooms have limited outlets (and no USB-C), dingy old showers. Everyone was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was truly unacceptable was the room service food. It was literally disgusting. Pre-cooked rubbery chicken on a ceasar salad for nearly $50 including delivery fees.
