Drury Inn & Suites Houston Near the Galleria

Staff was super nice… very informative. Room was clean and very cold (which I love).

The stay was a delight and customer service was always great. The only downfall was the tub draining was slow . The tub did not drain properly, causing water to pool while showering. Otherwise everything was good definitely will recommend to all my family and friends ,

I had a wonderful stay at Drury Inn & Suites Houston Near the Galleria. The location was very convenient for getting around Houston, and the complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking made the stay an even better value. Everything I needed for a comfortable visit was right there. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Galleria area.

The staff at this hotel are amazing!! They are so kind, understanding & helpful. We booked two rooms so we could be in town for my brother inlaws surgery. They have free breakfast & evening meal with drink coupons. I didn't get the chance to partake, but it appeared most people did. They have a pool & hot tub. They have secure-gated FREE parking, which is such a rare find downtown. Most other properties we researched charged for parking. You must have a key card to enter or exit the lot. The room was comfortable & clean with a spacious bathroom.

I left an expensive shoe (just one) in my room between the bed and the window. I know I left it there. I have a photo of it. I had a sprained right foot so I couldn’t wear it. I called right away when I got home and unpacked. Rudy informed me the shoe was not found. The housekeeper must’ve just tossed it. That’s NOT customer service.

Great stay. Kickback reception and breakfast were yummy! Pillows were so soft! Great nights rest.

One night for a business appointment. Conveniently located, free secured parking. Spacious rooms, breakfast included . Always my go to in Houston.

We enjoyed the small pool and hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner provided were basic but offered choices. The 3 drink coupon was unexpected but much appreciated and enjoyed by the pool!

Good, clean hotel, well managed, friendly staff. It's a bit older hotel so some aspects seem dated and ready for replacement, but the primary challenge for this property is the food area and fitness room are just too small for the number of guests; it was quite crowded. But otherwise, a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

Really nice place to stay they offer like free breakfast free dinner and then also a lot of beers free excellent. I will stay here again in the future.

Was very impressed with the daily kickback & breakfast options. The front desk staff was very helpful with checking on possible stay elsewhere in chain. Especially helpful was Mariam on the morning staffwith learning about the day(09/11) and when found out that was my birthday going above and beyond to help celebrate even though was very busy and had recently had her own birthday (09/04). Had heard good things about this chain of hotels & was proved true.

Our room was very clean and all of the staff was so nice and helpful!

We stayed here for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. Hotel staff were courteous and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were speedy and efficient. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast, evening snacks and drinks, and 24 hour coffee and tea were phenomenal. We didn’t get to use the pool area. But all in all, we were very happy with Drury Inn.
