I liked everything about Home 2 Suites. Because my husband is handicapped we were able to get parking right outside the doors in the parking garage which was a plus! Also I loved having hot water in my shower that lasted the entire time

Exceptional

Construction around the property early morning when there was no notification at time of booking. We weren't gonna get in until late night and expected to rest in the morning. Could not rest with the noise.

There is no parking availability for friends or family that may visit you during your stay.

Breakfast included and decent options. The room looked clean and spacious. The staff was nice. Not very noisy. Equipped kitchen in the room. Easy access to nearby places we wanted to go. Tesla charger inside the garage (which I believe was free). I don't particularly like carpets, I think they absorb smells and don't clean properly. Another type of floor throughout would be better. Also, the alarm clock woke us up very early; I am not sure if it was set already or if our toddler accidentally activated, but those are likely unnecessary things since every human carries a smartphone nowadays.

The room was very nice, breakfast was surprisingly good (usually included breakfast is less than good). Was surprised to have to pay for parking at that location?

Love the place will be booking again next month

We had a slight difficult time during check in due to booking through a 3rd party site but once we had an opportunity to speak with the supervisor the first desk employee Mark was amazing and very helpful. He explained he was new and was very helpful, attentive and understanding to our needs once we realized our room upgrade request wasn’t able to be granted at the time. But overall my stay was quiet, pleasant, clean and convenient to the Galleria Mall area with plenty shopping and dining options. There was construction going on next door but we never heard any disturbing noise or anything! I would stay again if I ever traveled back to Houston.

I have no complaints about anything I had a wonderful stay nice and peaceful just to relax. The king suite was just right and the balcony was wonderful
