In wed site states dogs stay free. I was charged a fee the room had very strong smell of cleaners I woke up with a horrible headache.

Room smelled like mold, floors were sticky. Would never stay here again. Couldn't wait to check out.

The staff was disinterested in the quality of the customer service, and borderline rude. The rooms smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke, the halls smelled like mildew, cigarette smoke and, for some reason, raw onion. The "Complimentary Breakfast" consisted of packaged muffins, bitter coffee, and oatmeal packets with nothing to prepare them in. And of all the ridiculous things to be petty about, there is a $1 fee for every phone call placed from the room phone.

The complimentary breakfast is coffee bar, muffins, and oatmeal, nice for if your on the go. Room ac worked well. They did have wifi that was supposed to be written down on our room card but she never wrote it down for us, so we had to ask The staff was dry and not welcoming or informative. I asked for extra towels and had to exchange my old ones for the extra towels. Never heard of that "rule". It was inconvenient bc I wanted to use the old towels to put down on the bathroom floor. Our bed only had 3 pillows and we asked for another pillow and they said they couldn't give us another, I thought that was odd that there was only 3 to begin with.. I probably wouldn't book this place again unless it was my last resort honestly.

The lady at the front desk was super sweet! Unfortunately, I had roaches in BOTH of the rooms they gave me. There was a man doing drugs in the parking lot openly. The shower was disgusting!

Checked in early with no issues . Thankyou . location, Still appears to be a staff issue many times I walked to the lobby and no one was there

The room was ok Place was being refurbished, mess everywhere ,dirty from workmen and virtually no cleaning. No staff downstairs in the morning the front desk was abandoned.i waited for close to an hour as I was locked of my room

We had to wait 45 minutes for our room, even though it was past the check in time. They cleaned it while we were waiting.

Not much as I immediately started noticing the BUGS! I think they are remodeling and it needs it bad BUGS, BUGS, BUGS Flying and crawling. I checked out after about two hours as I wondered if I could see the issues what about possible bed bugs

rude management and did not like climbing over mattresses and construction debris.

The room and bed were mediocre. The bathroom was gross!!! Please please have staff actually clean up after themselves. There was hair on the bathtub wall, floor, counter top and on the toilet! I luckily bring Clorox wipes with me when I travel. There was drywall crumbles on all the hand towels and one of the bath towels was visibly soiled. The elevator was SCARY. I went down close to 9:20 I. The morning for coffee and she was already cleaning up. I felt like an inconvenience because she stood there and watched while I made myself coffee. I went to throw away the stirrer I used and turned back around to get a granola bar and the whole cart was gone. Sheesh. I honestly thought this would have been a better place because it was in a nicer neighborhood. I’ll stay somewhere else next time
