Overall, the stay was fine, except that they are keeping the deposit—they never returned it to me.

old that you didn't have a handicap room available. I hope that it doesn't happen again. You had a line with about 30 people, and being handicapped is bad, but I was so sick until I don't remember checking -in. I am now at MD Anderson Cancer Center with pneumonia. Please have a little mercy for the handicaps.

Toilet was broken and asked to switch rooms but staff refused sent maintenance guy at 10:30 to work on it he stated FIXED and dtilll was not filling with water to flush ! Then at 8:15 send another guy to fix while I’m trying to get dressed for work .. I should have never been denied changing to a room that had a working toilet … third time here at hotel first two were ok but won’t return unless I know it’s a working room

Didn’t like that you have to pay for parking which is absurd. And it doesn’t state that anywhere.
-
Facility was tidy Breakfast had little variety. I didn't like my checkout experience at all, still waiting for my $250 refund.
